Honest, reliable, true professionals. The crew that came to replace my electric meter panel were a pleasure to have. My panel had not been replaced in over 20 years and BQ took great care in making sure it was replaced safely. First class company, first class people. Highly highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this company. They showed up quick and they were extremely knowledgeable. They not only took care of my issue but made me aware of a short in one of my lights. Brian took care of it and the price was beyond reasonable.
I gave Bryan a call today, and I have to say there isn't going to be recommendation from me. He doesn't listen properly and makes you repeat information already provided, then argues with you on severe occasions about it over the phone call. He doesn't estimate properly, then revises the estimate. The most unprofessional part dealing with Bryan is his utter disrespect towards people with prospective jobs. It's very OBVIOUS that he doesn't need SMALL PROJECTS ($2000-$500) judging from his discourteous almost insulting way that he talks to prospective clients. He doesn't even offer to come out to the site to look at the job to quote it properly. It was good to talk to him over the phone before he came over to waste my time. HUGE ATTITUDE problem that is most likely a reflection of his work quality and business model. I suggest any residents in the area with a SMALL PROJECT not to go to this guy. You are wasting your time to be treated unprofessionally. There were TOO MANY WARNING SIGNS for me to give BQ Electric Inc. this job. If he doesn't value and respect you as a potential client, he DEFINITELY won't value the work he will do for you.
I got in touch with BQ on a Tuesday and they were on the job by Wednesday. Very responsive. Steve and Brian were clean, courteous and fast. They laid out blankets and rugs and cleaned up the dust where the worked. The work was done very carefully and our new highhats look great. Steve was very patient and offered advice on light placement. I would definitely hire BQ again and refer them to friends. Great job.
